Subcommittees Child Form
The subcommittees child form is located under the Subcommittees tab on the Committee Profile and displays a list of all subcommittees that have been set up for the committee.
Subcommittees are generally smaller committees that function as a part of a larger, parent committee.
Subcommittees can be added from this child form.
Subcommittees Child Form Information
The subcommittees child form displays a listing of all subcommittees associated to this committee. This child form displays the following data columns:
Column | Description |
---|---|
Code | Displays the identifying code for this subcommittee. |
Name | Displays the name of the subcommittee. |
Type | Displays the type of committee; such as a membership committee. |
The following icons are available next to each record on the subcommittees child form:
- Edit - Clicking the Edit icon will open the Edit - Committee Participation Interest pop-up window where changes can be made to the participation interest.
- Delete - Clicking the Delete icon will open a confirmation window confirming that you wish to delete this participation interest from the committee.
- GoTo - Clicking the GoTo icon will open the Committee Profile for the subcommittee.
- Grandchild Form Icon - Clicking the grandchild form icon next to a subcommittee will show a list of subcommittees that have been added to that subcommittee. There is also a hyperlink to add a subcommittee to the selected subcommittee.
Note: You can also add a subcommittee to a committee by clicking the Add icon found on the subcommittees child form.
